Rochelle Graham-Campbell is an accomplished entrepreneur, speaker, and trailblazer in the natural hair, e-commerce, and digital media industries. As CEO and Co-Founder of Alikay Naturals™  — a luxury, organic hair and skincare brand — and its parent company Black Onyx World, LLC, she leads a multi-million-dollar empire built on vision, innovation, and excellence.

THE BEGINNING

In 2009, Rochelle was a college student newly embracing her natural hair journey, searching for effective, chemical-free products. When she couldn’t find what she needed, she created her own — inspired by herbal knowledge passed down from her grandmother in Jamaica.

Through hands-on testing in her kitchen, she developed formulas that transformed her hair. As one of the early YouTube vloggers documenting her natural hair journey, her audience quickly noticed — and demand for her products led to the birth of Alikay Naturals™.

FROM $100 TO A GLOBAL BRAND

A graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Business Marketing, Rochelle combined education with bold entrepreneurship. Self-employed since age 20, she turned a $100 investment into a globally recognized, debt-free brand now sold in major retailers like Target, Walmart, and CVS, plus 150+ independent stores across 26 countries, including Dubai, Canada, and Nigeria.

She is widely recognized as a pioneer in the natural hair movement and has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Essence, Black Enterprise, and Hype Hair.
